Who we are

Vantage Wholesale UK Ltd (company number 17260932) runs a private UK trade distribution network supplying vetted Amazon sellers. Our registered address is Unit 11-12 Tame Valley Business Centre, Tamworth, Staffordshire B77 5BY. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us:

• Register-interest form: your business email address.
• Membership application: your name, business name, email, phone number and location, plus business details such as years selling on Amazon, VAT status, monthly stock spend, an optional storefront URL, your available capital range and your free-text answers.
• Supplier enquiries: your company name and contact details.
• Correspondence: anything you send us by email.

How we use it

We use your data to review membership applications, respond to enquiries, send launch and membership updates, and run the network. That is all. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Lawful basis

Under UK data protection law, we rely on:

• Consent, for marketing updates. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Legitimate interest, for processing applications and enquiries.
• Contract, where your membership proceeds.

Where it lives

Form submissions are processed by Netlify on our behalf. Correspondence sits in our email. Access is limited to the founding team.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for up to 24 months. After that, or sooner on request, the data is deleted. We do not hold data longer than we need it.

Your rights

You can ask us for:

• Access to the data we hold about you.
• Correction of anything inaccurate.
• Erasure of your data.
• Restriction of how we use it.
• Objection to our processing.

You can also withdraw consent at any time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
